1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using VAL Tracker ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not affiliated with Riot Games
VAL Tracker is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or in any way officially connected to Riot Games, Inc. or "VALORANT". "VALORANT" and all related trademarks, logos, and assets are the property of Riot Games, Inc. We claim no ownership over them. All gameplay-related data you enter is provided by you.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. New accounts are locked until an administrator approves them; approval may be denied or revoked at any time, for any reason, without notice.
4. Acceptable use
You may not (a) attempt to access data belonging to other users; (b) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach its security or authentication; (c) upload malware, spam, or unlawful content; (d) use the Service to facilitate fraud, account theft, payment-card abuse, or any activity that violates the terms of service of Riot Games or any third party; (e) automate, scrape, or resell the Service without written permission.
5. Your content & responsibility
You retain ownership of the data you upload (account labels, notes, settings, crosshair codes). You represent that you have the right to upload it and that doing so does not violate any third-party terms. You — not VAL Tracker — are solely responsible for any consequences of using third-party game accounts you choose to track here, including any action taken by Riot Games against those accounts.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that data will be preserved, backed up, or recoverable.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAL Tracker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or game accounts, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed USD $0, reflecting that the Service is provided free of charge.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VAL Tracker and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we may delete your data.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
