TradeShield

TradeShield is the protection layer that wraps every boost request placed through VAL Tracker. It keeps money, messages and account access safe for both the buyer and the booster, from the moment an offer is accepted until the work is verified as complete.

How a protected order works

1. You post a request — rank boost, placements, coaching, etc. Boosters reply with their own price and ETA.
2. You pick the offer you like. Funds are held by TradeShield, not released directly to the booster.
3. The booster completes the work. You can chat in-platform, request a stream, or use offline mode.
4. When you confirm the order is done, funds are released. If something is wrong, you open a dispute first.

What's covered

• The booster doesn't deliver, abandons the order, or disappears.
• The result you receive is materially different from the accepted offer (wrong rank reached, wrong number of games, etc.).
• Unauthorized changes to the account during the boost (email change, password change you didn't approve, cosmetic purchases).
• Account suspension caused directly by booster behavior that violated the offered terms.

What's not covered

• Sharing your credentials outside the platform, or with a booster who is not the one you accepted on the order.
• Disputes raised more than 7 days after the order is marked complete.
• Riot bans or restrictions unrelated to the order (prior offenses, your own gameplay, payment chargebacks).
• Requests for activity that breaks Riot's Terms of Service beyond standard boost work (cheats, exploits, account selling).

Disputes & resolution

If something goes wrong, open a dispute from Profile → Orders or contact us through the Support page. Our team reviews the request, the offer, the in-game evidence and the chat log, then makes a binding decision — usually within 24-72 hours. While a dispute is open, TradeShield holds the funds; nothing is released to either side until it is resolved.

For boosters

TradeShield also protects you. As long as you keep all communication and proof on the platform and follow the agreed offer, you're paid when the order is confirmed. Buyers cannot chargeback through TradeShield once an order is verified complete, and we will defend you in disputes when evidence shows the work was delivered.
